FAQ

Questions,
answered clearly.

The most important answers about Nexus, rollout, data hosting, and the first steps with your business.

01What is Nexus Digital?+
Nexus Digital is an operations platform for construction companies in the DACH region. Projects, timesheets, HR, documents, assets, and finance run in one connected application instead of scattered spreadsheets, chats, and paper folders.
02Who is Nexus Digital for?+
Nexus is designed for small and mid-sized construction companies, civil engineering and fiber rollout teams, and businesses that want to connect office, field, and accounting workflows.
03How does pricing work?+
Nexus is currently rolled out with partner companies. Scope and pricing depend on modules, users, data migration, and rollout effort. We first discuss the concrete use case, then suggest a suitable pilot or operations rollout.
04Can I choose individual modules?+
Yes. A rollout can start with a few core modules, such as projects, timesheets, and documents. More modules can be added later when the business is ready.
05Where is my data stored?+
The platform uses Google Cloud and Firebase with EU data hosting. Firestore runs in Frankfurt (europe-west3), and personal data is processed with tenant isolation.
06Is Nexus Digital GDPR compliant?+
Nexus is designed for GDPR-compliant processing: EU data hosting, tenant isolation, encrypted transfer, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers.
07How does my team access the platform?+
Each business receives its own subdomain. Team members log in there with roles and permissions, so only the right modules and data are visible.
08How does rollout work?+
We start with a real use case: first project area, relevant roles, required master data, and selected modules. Then we run a clean pilot before adding more workflows.
09Can I get a product walkthrough?+
Yes. A walkthrough is most useful when it is shaped around your business: which modules matter, which first project fits, and which data needs to be prepared.
10What support do you offer?+
During the guided rollout, there is direct support for setup, roles, data, and workflows. The later support scope is agreed around the needs of the business.
