What is Nexus Digital?+
Nexus Digital is a cloud-based operations platform built specifically for construction companies in the DACH region. The platform unifies six modules — Projects, HR, Finance, Documents, Assets, and Timesheets — in a single connected application.
Who is Nexus Digital for?+
Nexus Digital is designed for small and mid-sized construction companies, trade businesses, and construction service providers who want to digitize and streamline their office and field operations.
How does pricing work?+
We offer three plans — Starter, Professional, and Enterprise — based on the number of users, desired modules, and storage requirements. Since every company has unique needs, we are happy to create a tailored quote. Contact us for details.
Where is my data stored?+
All data is stored in the European Union — specifically in the Google Cloud Frankfurt region (europe-west3). We use Google Firebase with the highest security standards and GDPR-compliant processing.
Is Nexus Digital GDPR compliant?+
Yes. Data privacy is our top priority. All data is stored in the EU, processed in tenant isolation, and transmitted with encryption. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every customer.
How do I access the platform?+
Each customer receives their own subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.nxs.digital) where your employees can log in. The platform is web-based and works on any modern browser — desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
Can I choose individual modules?+
Yes. With the Starter plan, you can activate three modules of your choice. The Professional and Enterprise plans include all six modules. Modules can be adjusted to your needs at any time.
Is there a demo available?+

How long does setup take?+
Basic tenant setup typically takes less than a day. Depending on the scope of data migration and custom configurations, full onboarding can take one to two weeks.
What support do you offer?+
Depending on your plan, we offer email support (Starter), priority support (Professional), or a dedicated account manager (Enterprise). We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.
